they called my parents number and identified themselves as pa enforcement and had a judgemnt on me from 2009 and would have sheriff dept to arrest me at my home if I didn't call them back.since they could not reach me at my home number.

Just s****ed getting calls from these people saying that their is a lawsute a***nst me and call before they come and get me

They keep calling me at work claiming to take me to small claims court. He asked me about a bank account that has been closed for over 4 years. WTH? I asked him to quit calling my job. My boss even told me to get their address because she was going to file a complaint on them and have them investigated. I just brought a ***nd new house, PA Enforcement is the last thing on my mind. It didn't stop me from getting a house so why should I be worried about a pay day loan they are claiming that I owe. I have no acknowledgement of this loan. I just hope they don't call when my boss is here because she is on the urge of having the phones monitored. LOL.. Poor PA Enforcement about to have another lawsuit!!

Does anybody have an address for the jokers so we can send a certified letter requesting the do***ents showing what loans were not paid.

Profile Recovery Group is a scam.  They have been sued (and lost) in Ohio.   it is hard to find information about them because they are using a fake address (from a convention center), a fake name at the phone company.  For example, the lawsuit identified them as "Albany, NY" company.  But ***ody at Albany knows about them: no records at the BBB, no know address, even no phone number for the "company"(ahem).   Other web sites idenfies them as based in Toronto.  Just look at Google maps to see a picture of their "offices"    The sad part of the story is that scammers go after the underpriviledged people, the ones with no money and in many cases, with personal or mental problems.  Shame on Sandra Law

I got the same call today on both my home & cell phone #s. I called back and some idiot there tried to tell me that he had a "pretrial" balance amount that I could settle for?/  I told this **** that he did not have any idea what he was doing - that I lived in Tx and no matter where he was he had to follow TX law and that I to am in the collection world and that I know he was s*** - he ***g up on me - IDIOTS - don't let them scare you - oh and like the rest of you they have never sent me any corredpondence on this "Alleged" debt they claim I have.

For the past 3 weeks I had been receiving calls from some guys with a foreign language (India) I gave them $200 on my debt card but I called the bank and they were able to get it back into my account.  I told them they were frauds that I had called the FBI in New York that their names were not on the list of employees nor the phone number they were calling from and that I work for a government agency and our legal department would be calling them.  They stopped calling. Now today I get a call from a fax from PA Enfocement Division (Prolfile Aribitration Enforcement Offices) no address only a 1-800 number which I called, panic, and spoke with a Officer Erika Jones then she transferred me to an Officer Ron Furman who demands debit card or credit payment of $1000 settlement or $485 a month. Kept him on hold, then he calls me from this number and tells me to call him back to (210) 591-1997 in Texas.  I recognized the 614-586-9393 from the last guys.  So I don't know how to get them off, any suggestions.  The company they say they are representing is Cash Net Payday Loan.

i recieved this call this a.m. they said i owed them some money would not tell me who they were or how much just that there is a civil suit filed a***nst me and i had to appear in florida for court i told them i live acrossed the united states on the west cost they didnt care and said that we will issue a warrant for your arrest for failure to appear lol like i didnt know that they can not issue a warrant for failure to appear on a civil case i ***g up then they called back and said a warrant has been issued be expecting a knock on the door by the police

They are a fraud not a real collection agency!

SCAMMERSThis is a scam company.  Check out the website PAenforcement.com and you can tell they use wrong versions of the word lien and to.  They say I owe for a pay day loan even though I have never had a payday loan or anything similiar.  I checked my credit report there is no such loan reported. They do have information about me.  They will not send you anything in writing after the required five days because they are a fraud.  Please report to Federal Trade Commission.

Well they can not freeze your bank accounts, tell you your going to  jail. 1st off , 2nd they need to send you at least 2 letters one regular mail and one via certified mail telling you that you owe the debt. if you do not respond then they can take you to court and have checkes garnished providing the judge signs papers to ok it.THIS IS IF THEY WIN A CIVIL JUDGEMENT UNDER DEFAULT. even at that if they don't have the proper steps of providing that a certified letter was mailed to your home and lack of paper work proving the debt they wont win. dont give them any info and tell the attorney general these people are s***

Yea they called me too threatening me with the law enforcement and I'm going to report them!Too bad I don't have a bank account!!! But he stilled threeaten to freeze it!!! O well its only a bill collector for a minute I thought it was Real.

Yeah, pa enforcement. My guess is that it's a "ghost debt." Several years ago I had the misfortune to take out a pay-day loan and even though I paid in full they began hounding me a***n. I had to close my bank account because they retained my banking information and tried to draw a draft. I just happened to be checking my balance that day or they would have stolen my money. All that **** about law inforcement is just that--****.

this person by the name  eugene phillips said he was going to freeze my bank account

they wanted my  s s number and he got very mad that i wouldn't give it to him and i ***g up on him. and he called back and left a voice messege that was not very nice ( said he was going to call the local police to aresst me for not talking to him .
