Got annoying from their number called and no left message. I called them back and they won't accept to remove my name

Call from this number, just silence then they hung up.

I selected the number to "get a quote" instead of being removed from the list so I was transferred to a live person. I asked them to identify their company and they didn't. They asked if I wanted a quote and I said I wanted to be removed from their call list. DO NOT GIVE THEM INFO, they could be phishing for your SSN or DL number!
