Comenity bank, store credit card bill collectors. I've spoke to them 5 times recently and informed them of my situation and they said they understood and that they will make the notes on the account and contact them if I do have to file bankruptcy. I told them I would call them in two weeks. All my debt is late fees. They continue to call 30+ times a day.

Every time i ask who they are, they just give me their name, not the company they are calling from. And refuse to answer and tell me they will just call me back later, and **** up on me. I will block their number and they will call me from a different line, different number. Doesnt matter what i do!!

It's Comenity Bank, a bill collector, they do a lot of store credit cards.
