This company, NCO Financial, has called me over a dozen times, looking for someone that used to live in my building. I don't know this person, and this tactic is illegal. The manager, Heather Stottlemire, refused to remove me from their database. How is this harassment, for a debt that I don't even owe, legal?

I keep getting calls form this number they never leave me mesages and just ring once or twice and they **** up. I called back and the company name is OSI Education Services...what is this??

pestering calls with ****-ups.  requested to stop calling, but to no avail.  unknown who the caller is or calling for...predatory and harassing tactics.  reported to consumer affairs and attorney general!

This call arrived via my cell phone. The caller from this number did not leave a message. I called the number from another phone and the company name is OSI Educational Services.

We have repeatedly received phone calls from this number and they asked for a guy that doesn't live here. My husband has called them back before and asked them to stop calling us. Just got a phone call a***n this morning and after I told the caller that we don't know the person and not to call us a***n he got really rude and said "Do you really think we'd call you a***n if this is the wrong number?"I called them back and asked to talk to the person who is in charge of that call center. A guy named Conrad Cosy said he was the one in charger and that he'd make sure we won't receive any more calls. He admitted that they have a computer dial the phone numbers for them and he was able to see that we have received numerous calls in the past and that our number was flagged as "do not call". I hope this will end their calls. I think you all should give them a call and DEMAND not to be called a***n. You have nothing to lose since they already have your phone number. It is illegal for them to keep calling then and you can file a formal complaint if they do.BTW: They didn't call our cell phones, it was our house phone number which is a VOIP line.

gets calls from this number 1-5 times per week. What a pain - the always identify themselves as OSI and nothing else. The only message they leave is a recorded message that can't be understood and I wouldn't call it back anyway as there are too many scams out there. Just a pain.....

this number has called my cell twice.  I do owe people money, so I'm glad I checked it out here.

they called my boyfriend, on his cell phone, said that I had listed him as a reference and he needed to verify information. they asked about my personal information, where I lived and my phone number. they knew my correct information. then in a matter of minutes they called my parents house, which I have never lived in nor have I ever used their phone number as mine. how do they know my relation to my boyfriend? I have never used him as areference to ANYTHING! how do they know his cell phone number???? I am almost positive that I have received calls from this number as well, numerous calls. who are these people?!?!?!?!

This is the third time they've called me, although I missed the call all three times. Don't leave a voice mail and call ID says the number is from Ohio. Jlo, I have sprint fyi.

They called today and said that they wanted to do a verification for an application that I submitted - which I haven' applied for ANYTHING in almost a year!!I say ***** them, they can try to get whatever they want cuz I have to go bankrupt in less the 2 months!!!  Good luck kids!

This number just called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. I live in NYC..... Googled the number and found this site. It seems as though all of these calls are made to cell phones. I want to know do all of you have Verizon? I will contact Verizon and see if their records have been misused. Thanks...

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS # FR THE FIRST TIME 2/26/08 @ 6:04PM. A GUY NAMED MIKE ASKED FOR ME BY NAME SAID HE WAS CALLING FROM OSI IN REGARDS TO A TYPE OF LOAN I HAVE NEVER HAD, SO I RUSHED HIM OFF THE PHONE BY TAKING HIS # AND SAYING I WOULD CALL BACK. THEN OF COURSE RAN IT IN GOOGLE AND HERE WE ARE. I HOPE THEY DONT CALL BACK. XOXO

Missed the call and didn't recognized area code. Looked it up and found this log. I received the call at 4:32pm 2/25/08. My phone says it originated from Dublin, OH. This is the first time I received a call from this number.

This number has called my cell phone 3 times now.  I live in the 614 area code, so the first time, I answered it.  They asked for a name I didn't know - I told them they had the wrong number.  The second time I did not answer.  The third time, I did answer and told them a***n that they had the wrong number, and that this was the 3rd time they'd called - please stop calling.SO **** annoying...

Received call at 4:20 on 2/4/07. No message. Looked them up on google and found this log.

They just called me right now. They never leave messages.  A little bit suspecting.

I have received numerous calls from this number. Tonight I waited to see if anyone was there to try to get them to stop. The woman s****ed talking and I asked her to not call anymore. She didn't stop talking. I try to say, that if she continued, I would report her number to the state attorney general's office. She continued, so I said, rather angrily, "Stop interupting me", she return, "No, you stop interupting me" Then she ***g up.frustrating.

This company is calling me out of Florida and today out of Ohio looking for someone that doesn't even live here and never has. The Post Office *****ed my mail up and I had a lot of problems with paid for lost packages. My car insurance was late and I did receive a cancellation notice and then a reinstatement notice. I've been with My Insurance company for 10 years. But it is called O.S.I/OutSorcing,trying to find this person a job as an excuse. I've told them not to call my number I've never lived in Florida and never owed them money. They said they are trying to collect on a debt. Well, no one here owes them money or even heard the name before.

Continuously keep calling saying that they have my husband listed as a reference. When I ask for whom, they state it is for one of our family members, that has not applied for a new job and has financial problems. I suspect they are a collections agency.
