It was from an inmate in Franklin county jail

Trying to tell me to vote for a democratic voter and that they’re mailing my absentee ballot.

It does not let u hear ur inmate whom is calling so tht can b where the confusion is coming in…directly instructing u to add funds so tht u may tlk to ur inmate. It is registered under Franklin County Jail #2 I did the research hope it helps!!!

my boyfriend calls me from this number from FCCC 2 (correctionally facility) but i have had real phone calls from these establishments and it comes up as the GTL or connect network 1866# everytime. I do not believe he is at the fccc2 i belive it is an app or fake scam number. DOnt believe everything you see. Do your research.

Immediately disconnects the line when you answer the phone. Recorded message plays, when you call the number back, directing you to call a 1-800 number (Global Tellink) to add funds onto an inmate's phone usage account.

They called my WORK number re: vehicle registration/auto warranty. Told them calling at work is totally inappropriate and to TAKE THIS NUMBER OFF. This has happened before. I wish the Do Not Call Lists would really work!
