I get calls from this number two or three time a day and night.  When I answer a ma****e answers.  I would appreciate it they would stop calling me.

it's none stop calling. Now it's into the night. I pressed one and got someone. I asked for his boss. He then ***g up on me. I try calling them, but all I get is a recording to leave a mesg. I won't to know how to report them, sue them for harassment, or make them stop calling. Maybe it's time to find out what phone company gives them phone service and take a class action law suit upon them. The phone companies need to take action and shut these so called companies from harassing people day and night.

I put my cell phone number on the Do Not Call List and they still call.  I did it a***n and still keep calling the Do Not Call List is a bunch of ****!!!  I am very tired of them calling me and the message they leave says to press 2 for them not to call me anymore.

I have received a total of 37 calls on my cell phone from this outfit. All between March 31- April 7 2010. They call at least 3-4 times a day. My cell phone records are logged for me online, so I can trace down a particular caller. It says the location is ****son, TN. The registered caller for this number resolved to U.S. Benefits. I registered my cell phone # with the Do Not Call registry yes****ay, so in about 30 days from now, the calls are suppose to stop. If this company is a scam outfit, then what I did yes****ay by registering my # will resolve nothing. This is the first time in 15 years of me owning a cell phone that I have ever gotten unsolicited calls on my cell. It was always on my landline. I guess my luck was going to be up sooner or later. I was under the impression that these robo caller type calls didn't bother with calling exc****es that are reserved for cellular phones. I checked with my provider, Verizon today, and they said that my exc****e has never been given to landline accounts, only cellular. They were just as perplexed as I was that I was getting robo calls on my cell. My only other option is to c****e my number, which I don't want to have to do, since I have had this # since 2005.

get a call from this number every few days, sometimes it is a recorded message sometimes just a **** up. always a pain in the neck whatever it is. this last time was from a carl rove[any relation ??] from u.s. benefits. was a recorded message, so who knows. have tried to get on their do not call list, but they continue to call anyway.

Calling my cell phone.Doesn't leave a message.I'm on the don't call list, but this gets through anyway.

I am getting this same call on my home phone and cell phone. Very annoying. From U.S. Benefits.

I keep getting calls on my answering ma****e, a recording telling me they are from US Benefits and from online requests for quotes of health insurance, before they give me a quote they need more information.  Please call us back at 1 800 303-3140 between the hours of 11 and 7 p.m. central standard time.  The caller ID registers 615 229-6279 and it used to be a "VOIP call", but not recent calls. I did search two sites for health insurance on the internet in December; neither one was US Benefits.

They call me every few days.  Today a woman asked if she could play a pre-recorded message.  When I asked what company she represents she said "have a nice day" and ***g up.  I report them to FTC.gov every time they call.
