Always Answer These Types Of Calls - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

I, too, got a card in the mail... thought it was from the HOA so I called the number.  There was no answer but the recorded message was for "Katie's Company" and I was asked to leave my call back number.  A VERY rude woman called me back late in the evening.  When I asked questions regarding what this was about... she said it was to have my water *****d.  I told her I wasn't interested and she became nasty with me.

We also received a call.  Last night my wife was asked to complete a five question survey and they said she might receive a follow-up call about water.  We received a call the next morning (Sat.) informing us we'd won pizza and movie vouchers based on the survey.  Like other commenters on this board, my wife told them our schedule was uncertain and declined to set up an appointment.  The reception was brusque with laughing and, "Talk to your husband, he's right there isn't he?"  We ended the call with "We're not interested."  I've alerted my neighborhood and called Metro Police to file Harassment charges.I encourage you to file a harassment report with the Police.  862-6200 is the non-emergency number.  Filing a report will lay the groundwork for consolidated effort to (1) identify the caller, (2) stop them, and (3) discourage this type of harassment.  The following is Innotech LLC's listing with the Tenn. I would call the police. They've actually shown up at my home when my wife and I were away at work. My teenage daughter was getting off the bus as a male subject was approa****g the house. He said so****ing about testing the water and my step-daughter told him we weren't home. My mother in-law lives with us and was sick on the day he came. When my daughter explained this to him he just kept saying,".... really..... really" Un-called for. Sounds like a "gypsy" scheme to me.

I called about a post card we recieved when we purchased our house that our  "housewarming gift" was waiting and to call 888-479-8343. I thought it was from the HOA. When I called back I got a VM message saying "Katie's Office". Immediately someone called me from this number and wanted to come out to test our water. The guy asked what time my husband got home from work, and when I would be away from home. I got nervous about the questions and told him I needed to talk with my husband, he asked me why. I said I needed to doucle check his hours. He kept badgering me about what our schedules where so I said "I will call back". He told me "Yea Right", and I ***g up. I am tempted to call the police.
