Calls my cell phone 3-5 times per day but won't leave a message. When I called back, they asked for my birth date. I told them I wasn't confirming anything until she told me where she was calling from and she refused, so I told her not to call my cell phone again and hung up.

Okay, I get calls from them about once a week. they've been calling me for the past few months and I never answer because they call me in the morning, and I work in the evenings so eveytime they call I am asleep. I called the number back recently a few times to stop calling me because I have no business with them, im younger I have no outstanding bills to pay,, and I would know if I had them, they always call and they NEVER leave a voicemail. I called them recently after work one night asking who this is or something (j don't remember) and nicely asked to stop calling. and they apologized and they still keep calling me, the question is how did they get my number??? I don't know anyone in the franklin Tennessee area.

I will NEVER give my phne number to anyone other than family & friends..I put my number on some kind of internet deal to supposedly get a gift card for taking a survey & of course it was BULL**** nothing is ever for free & if it sounds to good to be true IT IS! I have received multiple calls everyday, from all over the U.S., at all times of the day & night for months! Over 100 different spammers have called & after they call once I just send them directly to voicemail! **** ALL THOSE EMAIL, I.M. , & TELEPHONE SPAMMERS U SUCK!

They call all the time, at all hours for a medical bill that is being taken care of by our insurance. They called my work number and harassed my boss. I had to call them back and tell them to never call my work again. They asked for my social security number and birth date, when I told them I wouldn't give them that information they said they already had it, so I said then you don't need me to tell you it. They said they couldn't help me then and hung up. Do not give out your information over the phone, I truly believe this is a scan since our bill was covered by our insurance. They have no reason to call me or my work, this is a major violation of privacy and I don't need my boss knowing my personal illnesses.

They claim to be Professional Account Services and the first question she asked me was for my birthdate. I told her I would not give my birthdate out over the phone so she proceeded to tell me she knew had my birthday, social security number, address, etc. and I would have to verify it or she could not help me. When I refused to give out personal information over the phone, she said, "Next time you might want to answer the phone yourself rather than to let someone else do it for you?" I just hung up in her ear. They are very rude and I will not do any business with them. First and foremost, if they want to get in touch with me, they can still use good old fashioned snail mail.

I get so irritated with them. And its always the same girl on the phone that calls me. Everytime they call, I'll tell them they have the wrong number (even though they don't, lol) and I still get called daily. It's a debt collector. Calling over my hospital bills. They do call on weekends and they either call extremely early or they'll call extremely late (sometimes around 11pm) while I'm trying to sleep. I'm highly irritated.

This is a bill collector! However they are very nice and courteous. Same thing though they kept calling me and would never leave a message so I finally called it back one day. Didnt even know I had this debt thought it had been taken care of. So just answer or call it back and find out what the debt is for. Be advised that they usually have a time frame to collect this debt so if its been a couple years(varies by state) (or if you've declared bankruptcy) you may not have to pay!

It's a bill collection company so if u have a bill that hasn't been paid with either the hospital or AT&T they are calling to collect it, I have a bill with the hospital so they are blowing my phone up even though I am continuously making payments on it!!! Grrrrr

Strike 1: Call came in from unknown caller, went to voicemail. This is an unlisted, unpublished number that has only been given to immediate family. Strike 2: The automated dialer then said, "Hello, its important that we speak with you - this is not a sales call, we'll be with you shortly. Thank you" This went on for a minute twenty seconds! So their autodialer thinks its so damn important it can waste my time waiting for the next available boiler-room flunkie. Strike 3. Clueless flunkie then gets on, says hello two times and then hangs up without leaving a message! WTF! Morons!
