Said that they canceled my social security number because of su****ious activity around it.
I have called Verizon, they verified that they DID NOT call me using this number. It's a "scam" to hack your info. - did anyone get a voice-mail, I DID NOT. Which is what led me take an appointment at physical store to investigate this matter and to get answers Hope this helps others
