Claimed to be an attorney for US Bank regarding an account from almost 20 years ago. Said if I didnt pay the full amount they were putting a lien a***nst my vehicle. They had all of my vehicle info including tag and ***le number. I ***g up, and called US Bank, and it was confirmed that this was a fraudulent call

They know information that you can look up online. Don't bother answering, they're just trying to scare you into paying some fake charges.

I didn't answer so they left a message. Claim to be a woman named Marilyn (never identified a company), calling for my former husband regarding legal claims a***nst the house (btw, they got the name of the street slightly wrong). There are 2 problems with this. First, my former husband has not been a resident or owner of record of the property for 18 years. Second, he's been dead for 8 years.

This caller said they were from a litigation firm on behalf of an old claim from over 10 years ago. When I said I would reach out to my lawyer to handle this he s****ed swearing at me and calling me horrible names and then ***g up.

Someone from this number called and left me a threatening voicemail. I then called the number back and they had all my information my drivers license my social security number, what vehicles i own. They claim I had a bank account with Wells Fargo I never had an account with Wells Fargo. They were threatening me I informed them I was consulting an attorney.

Calling multiple times claiming to have a lean on my vehicle, knew my husband's name and last 4 of my social. Sounds very convincing if you didn't know better.
