This numer is annoying. I dont live in tennessee, why should I subscribe to get newspaper? I have a tennesee number but its a pinger number...the****holes need to stop calling.

These ******s kept calling me and were extremely rude. I called their switchboard and asked to be removed. They still kept calling. I recommend everyone call 615-259-8000 (their switchboard) and ask to speak to a manager. It's the only way they will stop. That's how I got them to stop.If they tell you they are putting you on their 'do not call list', THEY ARE LYING TO YOU.I also recommend that if you have a subscription with the tennessean that you cancel it immediately.

I've gotten several of these spam calls from Gannett.  I subscribe to the Leaf Chronicle, and these idiots keep trying to get me to also subscribe to the Tennessean.  I entered them as "Gannett Spammer" in my cell, so now I know not to answer it.  I'm going to****ign it a spammer ringtone too, so I don't **** myself getting to my phone when I hear it.The latest attempt was today (Oct. 13, 10:02 am).

This effing number keeps calling me and it doesnt even ring but it will say missed call. and i look and ohhh there it is a***n. This happened a few months ago as well and stopped but i want it to stop forever. i dont even live in tennessee anymore. even if i did i wouldnt get your **** newspaper because of this. way to market****holes. grr anyway. leave me alone!

Shortly after I got the new phone number, (615) 620-0301 kept calling me, I kept ****ing up.After a period of having one or more calls each day from the number, I eventually interrupted the woman and said to her "please stop calling me, put my number on your do not call list, otherwise I will report you to the FCC"That was on August 14th.On August 21st, I haven't had any calls since then.Maybe ****ing up isn't the thing to do, but mentioning FCC is.

These people call me 5-6 times a day and when I answer there is no one on the line. Getting really sick of it because they are calling my cell phone!!! I'm sick of wasting my minutes on them!Isn't there a rule that businesses are not allowed to call cell phones?

The Tennessean has been calling ALL our DID numbers today.  I called their switchboard at 615-259-8000.  I asked for the telemarketing supervisor.  I spoke with GREG who asked me for a list of DIDs so he could put them on their DO NOT CALL list.  I faxed it to him at 615-259-8308...hopefully he was not scamming me!

Called 1.13.09 6:20pm & a***n just now 1.13.09 6:43pmThey called my work phone (local independent video store)both calls have came today and both times Ive answered they have ***g up. The 1st time it was longer I said "hello" and wait maybe 4sec. they ***g up. The 2nd time when I answered they ***g up b4 I even said "hello"

YUP they are calling us to, what ever happened to the no call list?

The Tennessean Nashville newspaper keeps calling my two cell numbers even though I have requested to be removed from their call list twice. The calling number is 615-620-0301.

We called the number back and it is the Tennessean. There was a voice mail that identified it.  They are calling on my daughter's new phone number and I have no idea how they got the number. It is unlisted and a two week old number.  This is very frustrating.   They called late at night and early morning.

If someone is listed on the Do Not Call registry, me being that someone, how am I able to be getting these calls?  I have never received a call from them or any other newspaper wanting me to subscribe before.  You better believe they won't call a***n because I am going to report them!

Got my first one of these calls yes****ay morning and received my second call this afternoon.  Both calls were the same, I answered and said "Hello" and they ***g up.Unknown calls make me nervous for the same reason as Cindy (see above) I would be very interested in finding out how to block this number, report them, finding so****ing/anything that can be done to stop these calls.

It appears to be the Tennessean marketing.   They ***g up on me this morning,but later a person called to solicit a subscription and when I told her we already got the Tennessean, she apologized. If they do this a***n, I guess I will cancel my subscription!

Just got a call from this number.  They have been calling all week.  I don't answer for them, I just ignore their call.

THIS NUMBER CALLS AND WHEN YOU ANSWER IT IT RINGS A SILLY BUSY SINGLE THEN YOU CALL IT BACK AND IT JUST RINGS!!

I don't think this is the Tennessean.  They called me 2x today, and my daughter's phone once.  First time I got a lot of beeping, 2nd someone said so****ing like, " you're great" then beeping.  My daughter they talked longer, til I got on the phone.

Just received a call from this number at my work.  Answered, no one said anything, repeated company name and someone barely said "Hello".  When I told them who the company was a***n, they just ***g up.  If this is a solicitation from The Tennesseean, they are not very professional.

Got calles every day sometimes 3 or 4 times a day up until 9:00 at night.I don't want your newspaper now after all the calls-- also no answeres

They're calling me too, and ****ing up. If I wanted a subscription (if that's how it is) you'd think I'd be calling them.  I want to register a complaint...what do I do?

I had this number on my cell. No message was left. When I call it back it's always busy. I ran the number and found others are having problems with it. I want to find out who it is so I can have it stopped.

I have received calls every week day for 2 weeks and no one answers and then when I have tried to call it back no one answers and it does not say what company it is with.  The calls are coming to my cell phone, is there any way to stop these calls?
