Is a number from ACSI, a collection    company dealing with defaulted student loans. Mr. Roberts (who has a nasty at***ude) is a loan repayment counselor. The truth is that if you do have a student loan and this people are calling you, they have you by the ********s! They can and will garnish your wages until the loans are paid in full! Answer the phone and ask what is it that they want from you. I had my work hours cut and these s*** still garnished my wages. Now, after they take tehir cut every payday, I dont have enough to pay my basic living expenses (rent, electricity, food etc)This people are evil and the law protects them because they are collecting on STUDENT LOANS!
