Keep receiving calls but nobody answers when i pick up. I am reporting.

They have called repeatedly and consistently
Received a random call from them in the morning. I then called back, and a man answered back, saying “sir, why did you call me”. I then said “you called me first”. He told me my name was “Robby Payne”. Bizzare.
