It is NOT Verizon. It is a voice that sounds like Verizon's representative. They want to verify that the number they have for you is the one they have on record. If you press "1" it "verifies" your number but it really doesn't. You have no other option to press "2" if it isn't you, and the ma****e ****s up on you if you try and correspond at all. It's a scam and a way to get more personal information from you for other accounts that they're cross referencing using "Verizon" voice. They already know you're a Verizon customer because of the prefix****igned to your phone.
