Can't be I got a call from this number and my account has no balance

Come on people It your VERIZON service calling ! If you become behind in your billing beyond your due date THEY CALL YOU and the number they use is not always LISTED as VERIZON WIRELESSSo if they can not reach you within a few days or You do not pay your present bill due they will SHUT your service off!  So you have 2 choices  call and tell them you will pay in  few days or let them shut you off.... IT IS VERIZON WIRELESS AND THEY CALL FROM ALL OVER AND YES they have all your numbers if you are a land line or wireless or internet user.. they will call all numbers!Go luuck ..
