By a search on Google I have seen more then ***dreds of responses that someone has been making what appears to be false customer survey phone calls from this number for years. Why doesn't AT&T and/or the FCC do so****ing about this company and people?

the do not call list is a scam set up my business and government...They are the ones who give your number out and your name that they track thru your email address and ISP..that why it won't let you register from any computer but your own and no disposable addresses

I've been getting calls from 615-886-7224 [FLAKE W.] - as it appeared on my Caller ID screen. On Wednesday 6/16/2010...I received one call in the evening. I didn't pick up the phone because I didn't know who [Flake W.] was from the caller ID. Then today 6/17/2010 - they called me twice already. The annoying part is they don't leave a message when my answering ma****e activated. They better stop harrassing me with these phones calls. I'll report to the National Do Not Call List center, if they call a***n.

The person said they were calling for AT&T to inquire about my recent service. And it is true, I recently added a data line. But she said she couldn't take the information with me talking on my cell phone (AT&T doesn't want to use up a persons cell phone time, supposedly), and needed to call me back on my land line. Foolish me, I believed her and did want to voice a complaint. Never heard back from her. My gut feeling is that it may have been a spam call to verify cell phone numbers.

Getting about 1 call per day. My number has been on Do Not Call registry for a long time, and I subscribe to a custom calling feature "No Solicitation" that blocks most nuisance calls like this. Caller won't leave a voice message. Persistent harassment - I'm getting fed up!

They call numerous times a day, i can see when i get home on the caller id. No messages. When you call the number back, you get an automatic operator to inform you will receive more calls. I have even answered the call as it rang into the house, there is no one there, so how do you stop this annoyance?

Found from sear****g the call is for cingular. I don't subscribe nor have I ever. I'm on the do not call list for all numbers in my name and should not be getting these calls.

same as all other complaints here - they call me on my landline, i answer and whomever it is does not say anything. pukes. I used my call blocker and blocked their number so hopefully no more calls unless they use another number to do it with then i will keep blockin numbers and file complaint with ftc and fcc

I just obtained AT&T cell service yes****ay. Today, I receive a call from Flake Wilkerson stating they were doing a survey for AT&T. I said IF this is a marketing call, my number is blocked from those kind of calls. He said it was just a few questions and he would then enter me into a compe***ion. I told him I do not entertain these kind of calls, so REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR CALLING LIST, or I will report you to the FCC. He said, OK and ***g up. I contact AT&T and gave the girl***** for allowing my number to get into this callers hands, as I specifically told her yes****ay, that my number is NOT to be farmed out to ANYONE. The callers number was : 615-886-7224

Have received 2 calls from this number in the period of about a week. I just switched service from AT&T to Verizon a couple weeks ago (included that tid-bit just in case it is somehow relevant). When I answer the call disconnects. A search on area code 615 indicates the call originated from TN. I am currently registered on the DNC list.
