Received a text they are interested in buying a house that I don't own.
I think what this really is, having some investing experience in realty: She is looking for properties that have high equity for private purchase/investment using lists of recently sold or delisted. I know this because I have a friend that does it for a living, and when correcting a misspelling on my deed (give me a break, RIGHT?!) it made Lexis-Nexis think I went to sell and backed out. LOL
Trying to “buy my house in cash” even though I don’t even live there anymore. I told them I wasn’t interested and they asked if I had other properties I’d be willing to sell? Scam.
They sent me a text asking if I wanted to sell a random address.
