I have received about 11 calls from these ****s and when I ask which credit card of mine they are talking about they **** up. I have also told them I am on a no call list and to not call me a***n...get a call next day or the day after. Why cant the FCC or phone service providers do so****ing about this ****.

This seemed to be a scam. The prerecorded message said they were my credit card company and they were trying to get a hold of me to lower my interest rate. I should push "9" to speak with an operator. I did to see who was sending the call and the operator asked for my name (which I wouldn't give!) and then ***g up on me when I asked what company she worked for.
