tHIS COMPANY IS A GO BETWEEN FOR A REPOSSESION COMPANY

My car was taken at 2:00 AM without any notification, my car loan was with CitiFinancial and Santander bought them out, I received no notice of that transaction either. Arranged payments with Santander and they gave me this number to retrieve my vehicle. Can not get through, only thing I get is automated message telling me that the next available representative with be with me shortly. After reading other comments, my fears are realized, they took my car and tricked me into giving them another car payment.

took my car trying to get it back for 4 days paid toyota now 1 payment ahead of schedule still cant get my car calling police repoting it stolen and giving them location of car hopefully they can get into lot and get my car back

Rude...Took our truck at 5 AM with no prior notification. With the economy I hope both companies go under and feel what it feels like for those of us struggling. We asked for help and an extension but were turned down. We would've paid but now they get noting as I am filing bankruptcy on it.

These guys are a f'ing joke. Drug my car out of my driveway on a Friday night before a 3 day weekend, no doubt to get extra storage fees. Was ***g up on 4 times trying to get info on retrieving my personal items out of the car because I didn't have the vin. Toyota financial is just as big of a joke as these guys. I had spoken with them 3 days prior to the car getting picked up and made a promise to pay. I asked if I was at risk of being repo'd and they told me no because I was making a promise to pay. Seriously shady practices if you ask me.

yes, repo'd my vehicle. filed bankruptcy & totota was aware i was getting vehicle back. toyota said vehicle was located in lower delaware. the number they gave me is grand rapids mi. i called and waited over 10 minutes. called a***n another 8 minutes. called my lawyer and we conferrence called. going on 10 minutes a***n. no response. have no idea where my vehicle is or my personal items are. total bulls----.

Not professional company at all! Took our car without any notification at all in the middle of the night. The worst part about it is they took it out of state so that we couldn't even get our belongings out of it. And Toyota is not professional either. The co-signer of the car filled bankruptcy and they took the car from my wife which has never missed a payment. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very rude and have no respect for families.

These guys call and came by home at 2:30am. They were pounding on our door and screaming into our windows. They scared my family so bad that my husband called the police on them. Very rude and Toyota was informed and****entially will be dropping the contract with them.
