i called my attorney regarding the messages , he said you may be right but also if it has anything to do with back taxes the irs would have sent 4 notices then a notice of levy requireing payment or a payment arangement if it is truly a back tax collection. seeing  they say in the message  "attention if you owe more than 10,000 in back taxes press 1 if you do not owe the irs press 2............. confirms its total bu***hit

This is a mortgage relief center.   Or Call Center, that is hired by attorneys, because attorneys can't cold call for business for loan modifications.The do not call option does not work.If anyone knows how to stop the calls or report, I would certainly be interested.   And yes, if you tell them that you want off the call list, they will **** up on you before you can even finish your sentence.

JHM IS ABSOLUTLY RIGHT , THERE IS NO WAY IN***** THIS IS LIGIT.  ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY CALL AND PROMOTE A MILLION DIFFRENT THINGS TO SO MANY DIFFRENT PEOPLE. IF THEY WERE A TRUE COLLECTION AGENCY WHEN YOU CALLED BACK THEY WOULD HAVE A CASE NUMBER AND A LIVE PERSON, NOT A MESSAGE ASKING YOU IF YOU WANT TO BE REMOVED .

Don't bother using their "press one to be removed from our system" feature.  It won't work.  It doesn't work.  I've been on their call list for over 8 months now.  I am reporting each and every call to the FTC complaint site, but like they say - it takes a while.  I have used their "removal" feature till I have worn the number off of the ****on on my phone (just kidding - it just feels like it) trying to get off of their list.Take heart - this is a SCAM, not a legitimate business.   No REAL business would operate in such a way as this.  These people are s***. They are calling my cell phone and have just recently s****ed calling our main number at the office with this same junk.Too bad they have to hide behind faked numbers and very little info - I'd love to visit them in person one day.  Share the love I always say.    Kind of like what I would like to do to the pervert making all of these calls to people in violation of the DNC list - maybe I'd return the favor and "violate" him a little bit?Wouldn't that make a nice little side story on CNN during a slow news day - man found at home office (with large autodialer set up) dead of an apparent attack from a cordless drill, a cu***ber and various other food related items stuffed in places that food shouldn't be going into in such large pieces."...we can't be certain Bryant, but that does look to be a watermelon shoved into that tiny ****..."

Calling back and pressing "1" to be put on the do not call list DOES NOT WORK; they will KEEP calling.  The 888 number is not any better.  They will also s**** to use other numbers to call from.  All you can do is keep filing complaints with the FCC form online - worked on some of the calls I've been getting, though there are still some diehard annoyances.  Google "FCC Complaint" to get the online form.  Enough complaints, and they WILL be fined and shut down.

Got recorded call from that #, ID showed Caledonia, MI. I just came here to find out who it is & how to get off their list. I will try Brenda's suggestion, (above), by calling 888 556 7682.SO many people who had my new # before seem to owe a LOT of different places! I HATE this new #, I get so much of this kind of *bleep*'n calls!!!

same here, they keep calling almost everynight. i have no idea how they got my name or number, i dont belive this is a collection agency since i have no debt in default. they never leave a message either

I've been getting calls from this number every night for a month.  Picked up tonight and got a message that said I qualify for a 2% mortgage and to press 1 to learn more.  I've reported them three times to the DO NOT CALL and still keep receiving them so I pressed 1.  A woman answered, Loan Dept.  When I told her I wanted my number taken out of their system, she ***g up on me.

When you pick up receiver no one is there. If you call the number, they say hit one(1) to stop receiving these calls. This is the 3rd request

Quick and easy way to stop the phone calls, just call 888-556-7682, they will remove your phone number from the caller's list.

Automated dailer call.  When I listened to messege, recording indicated a mortgage rate reduction to 2%.  I pressed 1 per the recording instructions and the individual who picked up answered with their first name and a department name of 'Loss Mitigation'.  When I asked who the bank was he was representing, I was ***g up on.

Call the number back. You get a recording right away that states if you want to be put on their do not call list, press 1. Could take up to 24 hours for settings to save.

Called...and when I answered they just ***g up.  whatever.

Called two nights in a row, never leaves a voice mail.
