I too ordered Hydroxatone over the net. I cancelled the automatic shipment program and since then I have been getting calls from numbers that I dont know. I never answer the calls. I will definitely call my credit card company and check for any unauthorized charges.

Received call at work today ... which is a private number. Person asked for me by name and said as a thank you for using my Visa card with the last four digits **** (which was correct after I checked the card, it's a credit union-issued debit card with a Visa logo), they were sending me a voucher for $60 worth of gasoline at any gas station and 50% discounts at shopping and dining destinations.  They just needed to "verify" the address they had for me and would charge $1 for shipping the package.  The woman on the other end sounded like she was calling from overseas as it sounded "static"-y in the background, had a slight accent (possibly oriental), and when I asked who she was calling for, she said "Synergy" and that her name was Yanna Allen.  I asked where she got the phone number from and she said I had purchased so****ing through Synergy using this card number ... I refused the offer and would not verify the address (I didn't bother to ask what address they had for me).  She just ***g up abruptly at that point. Some weeks ago, I had foolishly called to order Hydroxatone over the phone from work on my lunch hour one day and that must be the source, but as I said, my work number is private and they somehow cir***vented this (I never give out my work number anyway unless it's to a personal contact or a doctor's office).  I do not have caller ID on my phone so I don't know if this WAS the number they called from, but after reading the posts on this website I know it is the same people.  I am contacting my credit union and VISA to alert them to this information and will possibly obtain a new card.  I don't quite know how to go about stopping any future phone calls, however.

After reading tons of these complaints about this company, and receiving many ****-ups as well, I was finally able to talk to the guy on the phone.  He gave me the same pitch - free gas card...  When I asked, he said his name was Wayne Eubank, and the name of his company is Cynergy, and the address is 1510 Manhattan St., New York, NY 10351.  I googled it, and can find no such company.   Plus, this area code is from Michigan.  I told him that I'm going to send this info to the Attorney General's office, and asked him to take my number off his call list.  We'll see...

They call from various numbers.  Wont stop.  Only way to get rid of them is to get a new number.  And get it unlisted AND unpublished.  You need to ensure you get both.  Unlisted in not in the phone book but if they call directory****istance they can get it from an operator unless it is unpublished.  Do both and be rid of these idiots.  I am.

Some how we need to cut these ****s off!! How the heck do they get our numbers, all of mine are on the do not call registry. Let's find them and rub them out.

These people have called me 10 times over the last 3 days - they don't leave a message.

DO NOT ANSWER THIS CALL!!!!!  They claimed they were going to send me a $60 gas voucher for a one time fee of $1.  They have a recording of you saying yes to listening to a recording, and this is the way they access your account.  They verify the last 4 numbers on your credit card, and your address.  I have been a victim of a violent crime where they got this info, and I do not do not do not want anyone knowing this information. If you call the number back, it is a voicemail confirming it is a scam, almost laughing.  Needless to say, my card was canceled in less then a minute; save yourself the hassle.

Goodness...do these people ever stop!!!! They call and call and call and seem not to get the point... I don't answer numbers I dont know...at first there was no answering or voicemail sysem , when I tryed returning the call after a few attempts me being curious, it was an automated system saying their from a scam company and that i should leave my name social security number credit card number and so forth. What ******ity! like Im going to actualy give them that!

I just received a call from this # 1-616-980-2178 .  They said that since I was such a great customer, they wanted to give me a $50 gas card....lot of other talk, not really understood, due to s***ch of person "asian lady:....I JUST **** UP ON THEM ..Guess what my CC wa***** for $578 somewhere in NJ like 3Hrs away from me ............Scam people

I've been getting this number as well (616-980-2178). When I answer w***ver is on the other end ****s up.  What really bugs me is that my number is "unlisted" and I paid for that "unlisted number" so how did this particular person or company get my number????? Is this telling me or us that AT&T does sale are numbers to others or does AT&T have some dishonest employees?  Hmmmmm makes you wonder........

i got the same thing.they try to sound all official but i thought it was real funny how hard he was trying to get incontact with me ALL DAY. a telemarketer calling at 9:30pm???thats what gave it away for me even before he explained what he was trying to do.i wasnt too comfortable how he had my name and even my address but i denied all information to him and called my bank to c****e my credit card number as soon as i got off the phone just to be safe.i also recieved this number from him when i asked how i can get back incontact with his "organization"1-877-807-2392

I just got a phone call and I looked on google and I found this. Pretty scary that someone has all this time to do this. Just because I have a phone number doesn't mean I want to be bothered.

call on my cell ??  said as a thankyou for using my mastercard, they were sending me a 60.00 gas card,   lot of other talk, not really understood, due to s***ch of person. so****ing about charge of 1.00 then so****ing about continueing for charge of 29.00 a month,  not making sense. question what? then who is company, so****ing like synengery?  then a lot of double talk, s***ch is worse, finally just tell her to forget it...   Have no idea what this is really about...  but feel it is a con job of some type.

2 calls from this number today , no message

For the last 3 days I keep getting calls from this number.  I don't answer when I don't recognize the number though

Glad I'm not the only one.  LoL.  At least once per day I get a call from this ****head.

i have been getting a bunch of calls from this and other numbers. When i do answer it somebody just ****s up on me. Getting very annoying !!!

The number keeps calling and a lady told me she was sending me out a free gas card from some visa that I do not own. This is the 2nd time and its annoying!

they called me today, and at first it was silent and as I was about to **** up, they said*****o, may I speak to (my name) and then they repeated the last four digits of my visa card to me and said since i've been such a good customer, i am getting a free gas card.Where are these ppl getting our info from?!?!

This number continuously calls me, and I haven't owed a bill to anyone in ages.  So I dialed the number back because they never leave a message and it's a hispanic, or some foreign sounding lady saying "You have reached the marketing department.  All of our agents are busy right now, so please leave your name and address and telephone number and we  will get back to you as soon as we can."
