I was just wondering if anyone has tried to file a complaint as the person on the other end is verbally abusive. I would just like to know how to go about doing it, try to get some charges pressed a***nst them to stop the harassing phone calls. I have never picked up as they call my cell, but they do call quite often and reading some of these comments, so****ing HAS to be done!

Yep same here, I pressed 1 to get a real person and it's the same a**hole I speak with every other day.  I finally went through the whole process and let him give me his speal on dish network, then I informed him he is getting a remote access number tied to a business.  I ask to be removed 5 times through the automated service and it hasn't been done. So I asked him to put me on the do not call list.  He said for wasting his time, I will be called everyday for the next 5 weeks.  What a ****!

I had a similar experience. These clowns keep calling me about Dish Network despite the fact that I am already a subscriber. I have tried to take my name off the list by hitting the "1" option. I also tried ****ing on the line when I called back on the 616 980 2583 number and received the same 888-246-8038 message asking me to leave my name. It's really frustrating especially since they call my business phone so I am more inclined to pick up the call if I think it may be a customer.

6169802583, 2581, 2593, There are other numbers they use. Numbers are stored on my cell. I had wondered if they weren't some sort of tracking service.

6169802583 is located in grand rapids,MI on pearl st.( between ottawa and monroe ave.) . I did a reverse number search through the white pages website. I hope this helps anyone who reads this so they can get those person(s) responsible for the crank calls or false telemarketers.

I called them back on my unlimited line as they called me on my home phone which does not have free long distance.  I was put on perpetual hold for over 26 minutes the last time.  I was called by a computer, not a human from 616-980-2583.  When I logged their number into Google.com I discovered their phone carrier was Lucre, Inc of Grand Rapids, MI.  My caller ID say they were calling from MI but displayed no name.  I asked Lucre, Inc. to give me the name of the caller but they refused to cooperate.I'm also going to file a written complaint directly with http://dishnetwork.com as well and the http://ftc.gov and I hope you will do both also.  Lets form a class action group and sue the pants off this company and all of their officers and board members.

i got one with a **** up from this number.. i dont have caller id i just *69 and got the number. im on the no call list too we should all ban together and file with the fcc

Called me today, let them know we were removed from EchoStars calling lists and on the DNC, the guy preceeded to call me a ***ina.. Thats after being called a F****** D***head by them last week and unknown words with my wife this weekend. She was very upset. We are going to press charges and see how these people enjoy being abused.

yea basically I just hit "1", typed in my nubmber and hit "1" a***n and it SAID it removed me from their call list. Gl w/ that

They called about a satellite dish offer, I pressed "1" to get a live person and before I could finish saying "Please remove my number from the call list" they ***g up on me.

Called and ***g up upon answer.  Called back - recorded voice offered to remove me from the calling list, or I could hit two to speak to a representative.  I did that - forwarded me to 888-246-8038 which was busy.

Many messages have been left by this telemarketer.  I answered the call last night and I keyed in the numbers as directed.  When "Joe" answered the phone I said, "hello, this is Dee Smith.  I am responding to your phone call."Joe said, "ain't that just great?" and ***g up.The caller  ID shows the name as "OH"I am registered on the "no call" list.
