I received this call on my cell phone...how did they even get my cell phone number?  I received the phone call just a couple of days after I had warranty work completed on my vehicle...so I wasn't aware it was a scam at the time...but half way through the conversation I realized I was being had...so I ***g up and saved the number so the next time they phone I won't answer it or any number along that line

I got this call in the early evening while I was taking a nap after work...  I ***g up thinking it was the dealership that I had the oil c****ed in my work van over a year ago that keeps calling back.  Later while wat****g TV with my girlfriend, she got a call from the EXACT SAME NUMBER.  She dosen't even drive the same make of car as me...  they're phishin' for so****ing...  what that is, I don't know, but I'd love to know what they want to use this information for!

I live in Ca***a... this kinda freaks me out becuase i have had this cell number for over 2 years, and just today I "upgraded" my hand set and now this caller is calling me.  I didn't answer as I never answer calls unless I recognize the number.  Good thing.

Got a call on my cell # that very few people know of. Automated message about my car warranty expiring, press 1 to speak to someone, press 2 to be taken off the list. I don't own a car. As with spam emails, replying to be taken off the list likely confirms that your contact info is valid, so I just ***g up.

Got the call on my company cell.I drive a company truck. Warranty epired long ago.

I saw the caller ID was *****chusettes, well I live in Ca***a so I ignored the call, and just googled it. What came up was a Mr. Souza (like the comment that was listed above). Then I kept sear****g and found this forum. Good thing I didn't answer or it would have been some serious long distance charges. Hopefully no one else gets scammed!

Got a call, googled it, found a certain Mr. Souza in Everett, Mass. Didn't answer the call though. It was regarding my 17-year-old car's warranty expiring. No joke. I'm sure it expired at least a dozen years ago.

I did recieve a call from this number i tried calling the number back just after a few minutes and it said disconnected.... it's kind of scary

I got a call from this very number on Tuesday of this week, while I was golfing.  Of course I didn't answer it, at the time.  I was having the best round of my life.  I googled the number today and found this blog.  Thanks for the input.  Oh, by the way, I was golfing in Ne***ska.  How about them apples?

I received a missed call as well. I called it back, it was disconnected. I was kinda freaked. No lie, what with all the internet stalkers now a days.

Missed a call from this number on my cel phone.  Area code is from Boston, MA.?  I too called the number back and got a busy signal.

Just got a call from this number. Pressed 1 to talk to a rep who identified herself as Angela and asked for my vehicle info. I told her that they called me and that she should be able to pull up the vehicle information based on the number she called. As you can guess, she ***g up. I called the number back that appeared on my caller id and the recording said that the number was disconnected/no longer in service. This is a SCAM so please do not fall for it.

Call was automated about car warranty...  Said to press 1 to talk to rep.. I did and a lady who idenified herself as Andrea answered asked for my vehicle information.. I asker name of company she said it was "waranty and services" I said no I need the name please.. She said that was the name of the company...  I asked the return phone number she didnt give it and ended up ****ing up on me...

This is a scam please do not give out any information. Ignore the call.

617-294-0194 - This is a scam call for car warranty. Please do not fall for this adverti*****t. I am called at least once a week at work. My car warranty does not expire for another 5 years, and even if it did, how would this company know anything about my vehicle? If you wait for a person to come on line, they ask for your name and car type. I always tell them that they are calling me and should have that info, well you guess it, they **** up. A***n this is a scam and please do not fall for it.

Some company about extending car warranty - I haven't owned that car in two years.Said my warranty was going to expire within days... for about the 50th time in two years.

Just got a call, missed and no message.
