I just got this number too. I did not answer. Every time i get a call that only says the town and state, it is always a charity. I never answer. No one is donating money to me for being unemployed.

We keep getting calls from that same number. Thanks for sharing that information. I recently got a new portable phone which can block calls. As I am typing this, they called a***n and it was blocked. How great is that?

I just received a call from****-314-7237.  The man said that he was calling for or from theVietnam Vets. I also asked why the telephone ID isn't****ociated with another Vietnam or VFW group and he didn't have a good answer for that. This is another fraud charity.

Hi, I just received a call from****-314-7237.  The man said that he was calling for or from theViet Nam Vets and would be stopping by my house tomorrow to pick up a donation of cashfor the Iraq Vets.  I told him that I already send things to an Iraq soldier, and that I didnot need him to come by my house.  I asked why the telephone ID just said-Cambridge, MA.and Not- Viet Nam Vets or Veterans of Foreign Wars.  He said, he didn't have a clue.  Trust me, this is another fraud--not a real charity.  I told him that my husband was a cop and that he really doesn't like visitors when heis home on his day off trying to get work done on our house.  This guy couldn't **** upfast enough.  It is just another crook--trying to get my money.  These people must think weare all as ****** as they are crooked.
