Nice long recording 2 times in as many hours!  This guy is dangerous because you can't disconnect the recording if you had an emergency and had to use the phone.  I have received his recordings,  many times over the past few years.  I thought there was a law about telemarketing on SUNDAYS!  If the bureauc**** isn't doing anything, then why have a "file a complaint" section?  Here is one of many questions from donotcall site that shows we can only take care of this ourselves by getting one of those things you attach to the phone that sounds (to a caller)like a disconnected number, and the call will then not come through. This guy is a menace

I get the same message every few months. I made a complaint to the FCC in 2009 although back then Kevin was using a different number.They said there was nothing they could do. I also called him last year to ask him to take me off his call list.

I've received the same message....more than once; maybe every couple months.  Making it worse is that they're long winded, using so much time that the message log gets filled and no one else can get through.

'Kevin' called offering a range of services from Duct cleaning to upholstery.  Number came in as 'withheld', but he left his number for a call back.I've been on the do-not-call list since it s****ed, and I've pretty sure this isn't the first time this guy has called me, although it is the first time this year, and the first time from this number.Last time, he had an answering service to answer the calls so he didn't have to deal with the people who wanted no more calls from him.I called him back.  I told him he was breaking the do-not-call rules.  He said he knew that the "****" enforcement of rules is strong right now.  He said he tried to use the do-not-call list, but he couldn't get one because he doesn't have one of those 'voluntary' 'social insecurity' numbers (he repeated this a couple of times, so it's obviously a big part of his personal belief system.) I've reported him to my state AG's office, and the fed do-not-call site.  If he's so unethical that he can't be bothered to follow the rules about calling people, then how can you trust him to work in your home?
