This company has called twice today stating that I applied for an auto loan and then a payday loan and that I was very lucky to have them accept my loan request, which I NEVER MADE! These telemarketers were told to erase my information from their database and cease and desist contacting me.

I have asked several times to be removed from their call list ... when I do they just **** up. They call many times a day every day. They appear to be some sort of auto loan company and I have never taken an auto loan from anyone nor will I.

CMS 714-464-8744 Pittston PA 570-299-3300--CNCS****-449-9616---unknown 421-781-8274ALL OF THESE NUMBERS ARE COMING FROM CSM A TELEMARKETER CLAIMING WE SIGNED UP FOR A CALL BACK ABOUT EDUCATION LOANS.WHEN WE DONT PICK UP THEY RIGHT AWAY RE-ROUT THE CALL FROM A FAKE CALLER ID NUMBER HENSE THE LAST 2 NUMBERS ON MY LIST THE FIRST ONE YOU CALL BACK AND THERE IS JUST A RECORDING ON IT WHEN YOU CALL THE PITTSTON NUMBER THEY SAY WHO THEY ARE THE LAST 2 ARE REGULAR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO IDEA THAT THEIR NUMBER IS BEING USED TO CONDUCT TELEMARKETER CALLS!

Same thing happened to me I am going to report it to my cell phone company to block

i have received three phone calls within two hours from three different numbers...after resear****g them i found out that they had so****ing in common...ALL SCAMS!  numbers are:617-449-9616, 516-300-1355, and 421-781-8274.  why doe people do this???? If they took all their energy that they put into this and applied it to a real job they could prob be just as sucessful!

I got a call from this number as well, today a little after 9 a.m.  I never answered because I didn't recognize the number and on the caller ID it said CNCS.  It wasn't important enough for them to leave a message on the answering ma****e.  I was going to call back, then decided to google the number.  Obviously it's a scam, I don't know how they got my number either.  Peope these days try anything to get money.  Just be cautious about calls like this

I received a call from****-449-9616.  Automated voice said*****o then when I responded with "hello" I was transferred to a live operator with an "Indian accent" who said "Your auto loan has been approved"  When I told him I never applied for an auto loan he asked me if I wanted to buy a car.I said NO and told him that I wanted to know who applied for a car loan in my name. I told him that I did not understand him and i wanted to talk to a supervisor that I could understand. He then ***g up on me.

I just recieved a phone call from the same number and a guy with a thick Indian accent said that he received my application for an auto loan and I was approved.  I told him that I did not fill out an application and that I own my car so I would have never done such a thing.  He said ok and ***g up. So that when I did a number search to find out if its a scam. The next time they call I am gonna ask them to send me a copy of the application because someone is using my identification and it under fraud investigation.

this person called my house 2 being annoying. I was listening while my mom told him that she was gonna call the cops. He is a cheap fraud and i hope he goes to jail. He asked my mom if she speaks English. WOW what a nice question.

just got a call this morning December,3 2010. I called back the no. and a guy with a heavy indian accent answered. He asked me whether i was calling because of auto loan with the company" Auto loan network" .I asked him which auto loan he is talking about and when did i apply for the loan? then he **** up!

Just got a call from them.  Automated male "hi," then I was transferred to a woman with a heavy African accent.  She s****ed asking me if I would like a car or was trying to buy one.  I told her I was on the do not call list and calling can be a crime if it's repeated. (Not entirely true, but it's got other companies to stop in the past.)

3rd call today- I pick up and then silence

Got this call on my cell phone. Don't know anyone in Boston. Does anyone been called by this number and do you know who it is and what they want?

Called yes****ay at 6:15 am Pacific time, Called today at 1:57 pm.  Automated message s****ed with*****o, then switched to someone with a heavy Indian accent. "Do you want to buy a car".  My answer is "hell no" and feed back the phone to the caller before I ***g up.Scam...

When I answered there was ***ody on the line- although they didn't **** up

I just received a call from this number and it was a mans voice when I said*****o they answered me by saying HI and nothing more so I just ***g up

Calls everyday...annoying from boston ma...I don't trust it..its like that number 759-812-3209..it would call everyday a lil bit right after this 759 number...which is just high pitched tone according to some complain..h

I keep getting the same phone call several times a day. I would like for them to stop. They state they are from the Auto Loan Network and I have not applied for no loan. Would like to know who they are and want them to stop.

Called 3 times on Thanksgiving.  Did not give them a chance told them to quit calling each time.

I received a call stating my loan was approved.

I have received 6 calls in one day from this number.....Next time I am going to **** a whistle in there ear.....Maybe they will get the hint to stop calling........!!!!!!!!

I received this call today as well as another one for two different services. The number that calls is****-449-9616 and they state that they are****ociated with "The Auto Loan Network". I checked TALN website and apparently these people have been using their name as a scam.
