I got a call from this number. It was my friend calling from bobsled app from T-Mobile

I got a call from this number and I didn't recognized it but answered any way. It was my boyfriend calling me using an ***p Store app called Bobsled Calling. It's supposed to let you call anyone in the US without using your package minutes. I'm not sure if it's going to be the same number each time he calls using it or not, but if you get a call from that number that's what it is.
