my complaint is I have a landline, I've had the same number for 20 yrs, but these ****-heads are calling on my CELL PHONE, HOW FRICKING RUDE!!! DON'T CALL ON A PHONE THAT I HAVE TO PAY BY THE MINUTE FOR!!!! ESPECIALLY SINCE I'N ON BOTH THE LAND AND CELL PHONE 'DO NOT CALL' LIST!!!
received call from this number with the the caller id indicating, "Guideline."
Must be a call center. ID was "Guideline" as others reported. however i did get a person who said they where doing a survey. I declined because the ID did not match the company they identified themselves as.
I don't want these calls and I should not have to answer a survey to get rid of them... this is the freedom our country gives: Freedom to disturb the rights of regular people who simply want to be left alone!
same here. the message left was just background noises
I just received two calls this afternoon. The last one left "message" -- just background noise.
Called and left no message -- weird cause I don't know anyone with this number.

Guideline is an independent research company hired by companies who do not have the resources themselves to conduct telephone custumer satisfaction surveys. They are not telemarketers, bill collectors, or solicitors, they are hired by YOUR company for YOUR opinion about the quality of service you feel as though you are receiving.By not answering the phone, they automatically****ume that you were busy and could not answer so they put you on a "call back" list as a courtesy to YOU to receive your feedback at a more convenient time for YOU. Your best bet is to answer and just politely say "thanks, but no thanks" if it is that much of a hassle to answer questions that would benefit you in the end. Besides if you don't you will keep getting called. The companies you give your money to such as AmeriHealth, CareFirst, Liberty Mutual, Blue Cross/Blue Shield etc etc hire them to benefit YOU. :) they're harmless. breathe people.ps. what would be the point of them leaving a message to say "hello we called to ask you your opinion of the service you received from ______". If you can't answer the questions they can only proceed to keep calling. God forbid a company want to see if their customers are benefiting from their services...sheesh...

Received 3 calls from this number during last 3 hours. W***ver called did not leave a message.
This was the same - called, left no message.
Just got the call and there was someone on the other side saying they were from my insurance company that I just joined with through my work here in Washington DC with the govt. I told them they want info they mail it to me... no ifs ands or buts...
they called but left no message. weird that so many hits come up on google when you type in the number. shady scammers?
if they dont leave a message I do not call back. I have heard of too many scams where you call back and then they charge you for making the call no thank you.
Seemed to be coming from a call center, but they ***g up after two seconds without saying a word.
I REPORTED THEM TO FCC AT THE FOLLOWING INTERNET ADDRESS:https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
They were very rude and pushy
