Call me from Newton, MA and leave no message. This happens a few times a week.

Has called several times. No message

Just called me and no message left I guess if they wanted to talk to me so bad they would leave a message

I ANSWERED ON FIRST RUNG; NOONE TRHERE; I ***G UP. CALLER ID ONLY: CSSOFFICES.COM****-581-1061 I CALLED THE ID NUMBER. RECORDED ANSWER STATED "TRYING TO COLLECT A PERSONAL DEBT (NO NAME). I ***G UP. END.

#s been calling me all week.  Put a block on it.  If they want me they can mail some kind of a letter or so****ing.  Do not answer these calls it is BS!

I don't know who this number is but it keeps calling me from massechusettes and its annoying please rectify this problem as soon as possible.

They called me as well, and I have no debt.I didn't answer and they left no messages.

Im guessing scam as well I am A budget payments. If somthing was overdue, I would know. SCAM

They have called my husbands phone for the first time today.. They have called three times in the past hour without leaving a message. I know we don't owe on anything, so i'm guessing it's a scam. :)

calls me once a week with no message. in case it was a collector,  i just checked my credit to see if I am overdue on anything and my report showed good standing on everything.

People keep saying this is a collection agency so. This is how it works. A person owes a company some money. The company tries to collect. If the company can't collect they either contract a collection agency to collect it for them or they sell the rights to the debt to a collection agency so they don't have to worry about it anymore. Now most of the time people don't know about it right away because they have moved or c****ed their phone number or so****ing. Any way first the do whats called a skip trace to get your phone number and address so they can send you some thing in the mail and make a verification phone call. ( some times when they do a skip trace they don't find the right person, just someone with the same name or a similar phone number, or a family member) As far as the reason they call and don't leave a message, only ask for a person and say if it is not that person please **** up. Is because they are binded by the Fare Debt Collection Act. They can't give out any information regarding the debt to anyone except the person owing it. Also most of the time the ma****es that leave the messages are on a timer and now a days by the time the voice-mail I  picks up the system already left its message and went to the next call. I hope this helps people. ( I used to be a collector, only did it for 6 months but  that was long enough to know the laws and such)

Are all collection agencies scammers? How do they pull names to call?

the caller ID comes up as CCS companies and they are a collection agency.  or they claim to be.  i spoke with Jose Mora who said that we owed several ***dred dollars on a store charge and asked for immediate asked for immediate payment.  i informed him that we don't make payments by phone and that i would need further do***entation.  he said we could use their website.  i said we don't make payments online, but that i'd have my partner, who handles the money, call him.  the callback number was 877-383-3000.here's where it gets good.  we don't have a store charge.  any store charge.  with or without a balance.this is what fraud looks like, folks.  do your due diligence and be careful.  it's another scam.

They s**** calling early in the morning and then they just bother the **** out of you by not saying anything on the line.

calls this morning twice -and Friday

This number has called me twice in one hour.  No one seemed to be on the other end of the call; no recorded messages or anything.  Just a nuisance call which ate up my cell minutes.  I've already registered with the 'Do Not Call' site, but I still get these random calls which I presume are telemarketers.  Someone needs to pull the plug on these people and find a way to stop them from making what (to me) seems to be nothing more than prank calls!

5 times today and no message.

This number has called me 3 times already today, all within the last hour.  No message is left.

Caller ID shows this number called my work issued mobile phone, but no message was left.
