Who is this and why do they call so often and not leave a message?

I agree this number is calling too much.  It's Sunday and I swear they've called 4 times already!!  Last call about 8:20 P.M.  I just let the answering ma****e pick up (no message, of course) or I just pick up the phone after the first ring and **** up.

called @ 12.17 pm on 05/21/10.left no message.this is happening too often.

call the number back, you will get an automated msg system... they call you on behalf of some non-profits... select option 2 to avoid future calls

anyone know who/what this is?
