silence when answered, busy when I called back!

Got a missed call. Then when I called it back it was first busy, then when I called it a***n it was a silent ma****e or so****ing. Annyoing..don't answer from this number.

Silence followed by a recorded message "the following is the standard message for answering ma****es" then was disconnected.

I received several missed calls from this number. When I call it, it asks me to enter my parties extension if I know it or or to enter my number to access my voice mail box and then asks for a password. I called and put in a phone number and made up a PIN and it told me I have no new messages. HHmmmmnnn.
