I'm not sure how they knew you were on disability but they are a completely legitimate non-profit organization based in Boston that tries to help people who are disabled to find work they can do at home if they wish to find such work. Their website is http://www.nticentral.org/ if you are interested. I believe they do have contracts with government agencies in some states (not all) that pay for them to help people in that state who are interested in finding suitable work. So perhaps that is how they knew you were on disability.

Got a call from NTI offering me a "ticket to work" at a home based computer or telephone answering business.  How did they know I was on disability
