A man with an Indian or ****stani accent called and left a message saying he was from the State Bureau of Investigation and that a law suit had been filed under my name and Social Security Number. I believe this man to be scammer.

I got that same call several times.  Each time he said he was a different person.  Attorney Jenson David, Sr. Investigation officer Kevin Loyd with the U.S. Legal Investigation dept,  Tom Johnson with the US Dispute dept and Mike John with the investigation dept.  He would s**** calling my number at 6:30 in the morning non-stop.  Different numbers would appear but the same person would be on the other line.   When I talked to him, the guy was Mark Wallace at that time.  He couldn't tell me what specific debtor was collecting.  He was ***ue and just kept telling me that I owed $795.  They need to be stopped.

Has called my workplace and said that he was an attorney. I don't know who it is nor how he or she got my number.

Claimed to be looking for employee, had no other contact # for them except for work number. Tried to get further personal information. At time of taking message caller claimed he was calling about a legal case.. all seemed su****ious, and obviously his real name was not Tony Parker or anything of the such, he barely spoke English in an understandable manner.

Called my work when I wasn't there and asked for me but wouldn't say why. Bad because I never give my work number out except to school and family.

Caller named my relative and made a veiled threat a***nst me and my family if I do not return the phone call. No other details. This call was repeated. Caller claimed to be an attorney. But no reason for the call was stated. Last name of caller was 'WALKER'. Caller had a heavy Indian accent. Call was bizarre and threatening.

Some foreign **** calling himself Tom Watson called me at 7:36am.I asked if he knew the laws in this country pertaining to debt collection calls before 8:00am and he didn't care.He claims he works for Burstein law offices.

got a call from man with Eastern accent callin him self Mark Wallace, he said if i didnt call him back, or he didnt hear from my attorney a situation was going to unfold on me. I reported him to the police. These people need to get a life!
