the FCC and their "Do Not Call" department is merely a sinecure; they do NOTHING to stop these calls; if anyone knows of an instance where they have taken action- i am happy to consider retracting this statement.

What is the good of the FCC if they do not stop long running scams like this? I just got my first "because of President Obama's new legislation your mortgage..." call from****-898-9898. This is the same number these scammers have been calling from since april. It's the end of June and complaints about them are all over the internet. Why are they still operating? (yes we are on the do not call list)

This number keeps calling my house.

This number keeps coming up on our caller id and we are on the national do not call registry

Just filed complaint with FCC. Was able to attached mp3 file of message for my phone service.

Their name is Expert Financial Services.  You can contact them by calling (800) 557-5144.

My ma****e picks up and does get recorded msg about mortgages. "Press 1 if........"  They have called 4 times in the past 3 days per caller ID.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  Isn't this a violation?

As soon as I picked up the phone, I heard a pre-recorded message about mortgages.  Press 1 to continue.  As usual, when I did this and asked what the company name was they ***g up on me!!
