Any way to stop this number calling me? Called me everyday at least twice. No message left. When answer it, no sound. Phones should have ability to block unwanted numbers!

want to know who call me
I don't know who this is and why their calling me but I wish they would stop. If they need to get in touch with me they need to leave a mesage and I will call them back but I don't answer my phone unless I know who is calling me. The number needs to leave a message and I will call back otherwise they need to stop calling.
calls with their mute ****on on. when you respond, takes it off and it's a man with a lot of background noise.
