I receive a call each day roughly between 10 am and 2 pm; they never leave a message. When I attempt to return a call, it's always "...all our operators are busy serving other callers.." and they never respond to my request for a return call so I can find out who they are.

Who are you? I got this odd call from the "Boston Globe" about some coupons they were inserting into the paper or so****ing? They needed to verify the addressa nd wanted my email. Who are these people? I called them back with the caller ID and no response. It's sketchy.

They spam our business phones 20-30 a day every weekend, ***ody is there and it just ****s up on you. when you call back, ***ody answers. You leave a voicemail, nothing c****es, you threaten to get the police involved, they stop for a week.

I received a call/****up, and since my phone is an iPhone that normally drops most calls, I called back to see whether it was a real call, and found the caller was Turnkey Solutions- no way to get any human or further details, so I don't know whether it is an automated wrong number service, a data & privacy mining business or what.

I am sure it is a computer type call but I wish there was a way to block these calls like I can block users on the computer. Perhaps that is our next great invention folks. Just make a phone answering system that you can program to block....or pick up and say 'eat s@#!' or whatever.

I believe caller looks for active computer and goes into back end to extract data. When my computer freezes and I try to shut down, a dialog box appears stating that a program is running in the background. I can't dump the dialog box so I shut down illegaly and, BAM!, my telephone rings immediately with****-910-4798 which ****s up after one ring.

I was getting 2-3 calls from this number every day.  I called The Boston Globe Customer Service and left a message about Turnkey Solutions' constant calls.  The Globe employs Turnkey Solutions.  I also said that there were many harrassment complaints on the Internet and suggested The Globe read them.  Turnkey Solutions was doing The Globe a disservice, and not helping them win over any****ential customers. I got a call back from "Rosemary" at The Globe and she apologized profusely.  She promised my number would be removed from their calling list, and noted that it would take about 2-3 weeks.  She said to call her if I have any problems.So just call Rosemary at The Boston Globe at****-929-2233 and tell her to take your name off Turnkey Solutions' calling list. She's very nice.

He told me some people were having trouble paying online therefore would I be paying by credit card over the phone or by check. I told him I would pay online...end of story. I called the number back and it is the mailbox for Turnkey Solutions. If the Globe needed money, I would have received a bill!

Like others, I recently scaled back my Boston Globe subscription, and shortly thereafter, the calls s****ed. Delivery has been unreliable anyway, so I think I'll cancel the Globe altogether -- I'll let them know it's because I don't like their annoying telemarketing calls.

If they want to make people HATE them, this is a good ****od.  On principle, I will not buy anything from someone who stalks me- so these persistent calls mean that I will never subscribe.

Good News! Last night I found these zillion complaints when I Googled this tel number. This morning I got another call, said*****o twice and a very nice man said he was calling to try to give me 3 extra days of the newspaper free for several weeks. I very nicely explained everything I had read last night on the internet and he was floored. When asked if there is anything he can do or someone to whom to report this, he said he certainly would. He's going to Google it himself at home tonight and then see what he can do. No, I didn't get his name, but he certainly was polite and willing to help. I think any further complaints should be directed to the Boston Globe subscription department, even just an email.

My caller ID says this person calls on a regular basis but not with the frequency others report. Isn't there some way to make this stop except all of us complaining to each other? Are there no "authorities" who have the power to contact this person or close their telephone account? Who would have known when I Googled the number that I would find ten million complaints available to read!
