Scammers. they call everyone they can find releated seems like to your address. They're calling my boyfriend and his daughter constantly. This piece of **** named allison kelly says shes with "in house solutions" won't give an address. says I have 2 outstanding orders left a case number just like the rest of you say. Told my boyfriends young daughter I was being sued and gave her the case number and did the same for my boyfriend. I called these scammers back and told them I had a police report from the same claim by another scammer last year supposid payday loan cashnet from 2013. Asked you said there were 2 claims. No response. a***n asked for their address she said we dont give that out . thats a***nst the law too according to FTC guidelines any legitimate debt collector is required to provide full company name address and phone number. She said I can fax the police report to 855-802-1488 IHS payment verification. Dumb****es, how did they expect me to even pay?? did they really think I was that ****** and I would just give them my bank or credit card info? You really wont even send papers with any sort of verification of what it was related to? They try to use scare tactics and threaten to come to your work place and arrest you . really? first off I read up on these scammer sleeze ***** and any legitimate collection agency would never call you first, you would be served papers and then you would have a real company, address, phone #. DONT PAY OR GIVE ANY INFO. block the calls and just dont respond, it's very frustrating when they call others and also embarrassing to scare a teen her thinking her dad is dating someone that's going to be in jail. total s*** ****ers, bottom dwellers. they need to get a real job and stop scamming people! they'll never get a dime from me. Hopefully they'll move on to some other poor unsuspecting soul and that person will come here to read they are being scammed!!!

Called 2 days in a row saying I had 2 orders, left a case number, and said I would be served at work or residence and left number to call back. Em when I called it a recording said blocked numbers would not be answered. Scam of some kind

some get your info scam presented as soliciting donations for dem party

Calls and leaves message that they are Fraud Division and say that I have two orders and since they cannot reach me by phone they will serve my place of employment or my residence. Leave #to call and talk to an agent.
