No not a Telemarketer but a scammer.

She claims to be in the Georgia State University in Georgia. She has two accomplices working with her. Please beware they are very tricky. They use a fake cashiers check for $10,000 dollars.

I was scammed by this number for $1,000. I knew the person for one month. I tried to help her out with a cashier check from her mother. The check passed so she wanted a gran. I sent it to her friend. Then my bank stopped the check and sent it back to her mother. So she told me to stop messaging her. Hau Chao is her name and she is a Scammer.
