They are Scammer , Hacker , Spammer Telemarketers who call and try to get you to answer their calls so they can get your personal information / data by Phishing Scams . Do not answer or talk to them . There has got to be a law out there to stop this harassment and criminal behavior .

Block and Delete their phone numbers from your cell phones as soon as possible .
