I believe this is a scammer. Called said they were collecting on a unpaid payday loan from 2018. When told they had the wrong person, they threatened to garnish wages. They also offered to drop debt from $2000 to $500 if paid today. All of this with little known personal information. They had a couple of very old addresses & seem to be fishing for information.
