The robocall message is one that has been floating about for years - it asks you to "press 1" to speak to a representative. The representative (sounds like foreign call center) ****s up immediately if you ask them about the no call list.

I don't have credit cards but they talked about lowering my interest rates. When I told them I didn't have any cards out they ***g up on me
