Order made with bank card for $579.99. Call them in didn't place order. Gave customer service number in Iowa, call on answering ma****e was from Illinois

The caller said they were verifying a (never made) $593 order and would ship it if not called back. It was almost certainly an attempt to steal a debit card number. We did not call back but instead checked our accounts. Legitimate businesses do not operate this way with no business identification of the actual seller and demanding an immediate call back.

Not sure who they claim to be. "You be arrested if you don't call back!" Very fast with a Mumbai accent.

Amazon calling about a su****ious iPhone order on my account. I asked her to verify the name in the account and she ***g up.

Said they were checking fraudulent order placed in my name.
