We get calls 3 - 4 times per day. Our answering ma****e picks up and a busy signal records on the message. How can we get this to stop?

Calls 4-5 times a day. Its a California Solar telemarketer. Do not answer and speak as this triggers their system and you will get more spammer calls because they know you answer.
