This company sued me for an account i had in collections. I tried to fight it and now they have a judgement a***nst me and they are currently garnishing my wages! I would have never known they were a small company, and really i dont think the size of a company is a determining factor as to whether or not you may sue someone. You also dont have to be an attorney to sue, so now i am a bit confused by your posting.

please use this information they need to be shut down they have multiple lines only 5-9 collectors and they use different Alias not there real names. this happened to me today....did some searches and this guy is a scam.if everyone will go to "numberinvestigator.com" and put in the phone number that MR.DAY called you from, they will investigate this matter...the more complaints the better...

they have also called me, They are stating they are with Barrett &****ociates. the only problemis this company does not have that phone number and the phone number comes up belonging to 2 different home numbers. When they called me and got an answering ma****e they ***g up.
