The last entry was regarding BARRATT AND****OCIATES.  They have removed all evidence that they exist so I wanted to give them a name that was close to the real name.  Good luck to all that has the pleasure of having these theives calling and harrassing them!

These people are as fraudulant as they come!  They claim that the debt that I owed is not past the Statute of Limitations due to a payment that I made to another debt collection agency (Global Accept.) which re-enstates the debt. Wouldn't the debt collection company that I supposibly "paid" be collecting on this debt instead of them? They threaten to sue and they call everyone on the planet that you know stating that this is a legal matter. That is harrassment and third party collections. They won't give you an address so that you can send them a validation letter.  BEWARE!!!  These guys are the ACTUAL S*** of the EARTH!  I can't wait to go to court.  They said that they are going to send a 1099 to report the debt as income.  This way they can collect the whole amount of the debt that they only paid pennies for!  Totally illegal!  I want to own them!  I will bet that they are not certified to collect in my state!  I am sending the info to the Attorney General.  I think that I will be educating myself further on the law just in case we do go to court.

Charles Martin has called me, my family and friends only to find that he is not gettng anywhere.  He will keep doing this and all we do is forward to attorney general for California...which is a long list.  He has ***g up on me when I call him over and over a***n...then I get a call from him, looking for a long time friend of mine and what do you know, the same problem.  There is also an indivdual  by the name of Diego who calls from their Utah ***nch.It's a scam.

this guy is charles martin from "barrertt****ociates in el cajon california.  he called our neighbor trying to find my wife who was issued a credit card without filling out an application by ****tybank.  well she charged about $50 dollars and was a week late and that 50 had turned to some crazy amount within a couple of weeks...and did i mention that it occurred 9 years ago?  it is long gone from her credit yet this idiot is the latest in about 40 bill collecters who have called.  So i am making it my personal pilgrimmage to call good ol charlie martin every few minutes until i drive him out of his mind.  as a matter of fact he ***g up on me when i called him back and i have called him about 59 times in the last 2 hours and only took a break to cxheck him out on the web....oh well time to give ol chuch some more of my valuable time.good luck to all and i suggest since calling him back over and over to discuss my uselessness as a creditee ****es him off so much that you all call him severfal times each day so that he can see how it feels.mark in texas

Mr. Martin repeatedly calls and will not give specific information on what he is calling about.  Very harassing.

Called and left a message about a neighbor, explaining that it was about a pending legal investigation and that my cooperation would be greatly appreaciated and a  call back number.  Also claimed to be a Mr. Martin calling.

called my 87 year old ***her in law asking for a phone number to reach me and if he didn't give it to him that he would have him arrested by sheriff dept. Instructed me to send him $500 and everything would be ok. when I said so****ing about an attereny he said he had another call and would call back and ***g the phone up. I do not have any credit cards, he could not tell me the name of a credit card company or who he worked for.

This is some kind of private court summons company that keeps asking for someone that doesn't live here
