I have been getting calls from this number. Why?

A man with a strong accent called me at my job from this number, stating that there was a lawsuit being filed on me for check fraud from 2010.  I did not have a checking account in 2010 and havent had one in years.  I s****ed to ask for his information and he was rude and ***g up on me.
