This is a number uysed by a "Mystery Shopper" scam. He sends you a large check (it is counterfeit, don't cash it) and tells you to cash it, keep $300 for yourself, and go to a Western Union where you wire 2,500 of the money to the Philippines or elsewhere. In 5 days the check bounces and you are out the funds you wired and maybe get a visit from the police. Envelope is mailed from California but return address shows an Iowa address.
