Some guy called me early Sa****ay morning, 12/12/11 identifying himself as an Attorney. He asked me if I had received any mail from his company and if I knew what the call was about. I ***g up on him. He called back and had the last 4 of my social, and the name of my employer. He said that I needed to call the 619 number as soon as he ***g up and speak to one of the head Attorney's. I commented about how times must be hard for his law firm, if the attorney's are making the calls instead of the administrative****istants. He ***g up on me.

They called and left me a message that I couldn't understand. I called back and told them my name and they s****ed telling me the same law suit story. I stopped him and told him that i wanted to let him know that the call was being recorded for my attorney to listen to (not recording) and he ***g up on me. I called back, same guy answered and I told him my name and he ***g up on me a***n. I called a***n and there was no answer!!!

Called me at work and knew my last 4 digits of ss#. I tried to get information and he told me to call this number, gave me a case number and ***g up. I couldn't understand him at all!

well **** I just got a call from them as well. They couldnt give me any info on what I was being sued for. But they said I had to pay $796.00.

A call from a so called Attorney being sued asked for what they put me on hold. another number is 619-414-1171

This number keeps calling saying this is a federal investigation and I need to pay $450.00 or get a lawyer. Is there any way the federal goverment can put a stop to this?

This is a scam trying to threaten jail if you dont pay them money.
