This is a SCAM and doesn't give his real name which is Daniel Daoud, Imperial Beach, CA, a CA licensed real estate sales agent.  Calls the day he swoops down on unsuspecting victims, says he works for Wells Fargo Bank and does not.  Says he must come to your home immediately and you must sign a release form giving your social security number.  Should you not comply with this real estate sales agent's scam, he will advise you that he sends the paperwork back to Wells Fargo the following day stating you refused to cooperate and your home will begin foreclose procedures.  Reality is, he is desperately looking for a real estate listing, while you've just signed your home to a REO that may or may not foreclose.
