ok-I just reported them after the 5th call and asked them to remove my number from whatever list they got me off of. Lets see what happens now

They wont stop calling me. They don't say anything but keep calling me. In one day they called 7 times when i didn't answer they didn't leave a message.

When I answered I could hear a males voice in the background but nobody said anything when I said "hello" three times. Then *click*

They call several times a day, spoke with a male and asked about a Visa or MC. Asked about my job and hung up. Need to shut this number down.

This number appears to try to solicit money. They asked if I had a Visa or Master Card, after telling me about "an employment opportunity in your area". They then asked for $200. Don't take their calls. It is a scam. The number,619-478-6189, back traces to Tecate or Campo in California on the Mexico border.

The caller identified himself as Jerry Davis with JST Merchant Services. JST is not accreditied with the BBB but the bureau has received complaints. There are also a couple of complaints at ripoffreport.com. My only complaint at the moment is that they call my cellphone multiple times every day. I don't know how they got my cell# or exactly how to get them to stop calling.

Okay, I just got called by them again (that was quick). The man said his name was Jerry Davis and he was calling for JST Merchant Services. He said they work on behalf of Visa and Master Card and that there was an Agent position open in my area and that it would be a good oportunity for me to make some extra money. He then asked me if I still currently have accounts with Visa or Master Card. I did not answer and immediately hung up. I'm going to do a search on JST Merchant Services to see if they are legit, fraud, scam, or whatever.

This # has been calling me for several days at least 2 or three times a day. I actually answered yesterday and was asked for by name. I don't remember the name the guy gave me, something with "Merchants" in it, but I just hung up. They have attempted to call me twice since (since yesterday) and I simply do not answer. Maybe I should answer just to get the name again so I can post it here. Obviously a telemarketer.

This has been going on for 3 weeks now and they won't stop! Not sure how they got my number but no VM, calling back doesn't work and they call from California and I'm in Toronto, ON so with the time difference I get these calls 9am-11pm my local time which is not real cool considering that I got kids! I would love to sue the bustards but fortunately for them don’t have the kind of time on my hand right now to investigate it more in depth. However, likely for me I got contacts in places, who will look into this for me and hopefully I can advise the rest of public how to stop this BS once and for all. And for the people responsible for this BS in the first place (as I’m sure you are here reading this as well) when (not if) but when time comes, you will pay for all these, that is just how karma works. called me three times in the last two days and no answer. the one time i picked up and just background noise and than they hung up. you cannot even call them back. i cannot wait until the day someone actually speaks to me because than i can yell at them and tell them to put me on their DNC list and if they do not, i am going to sue those idiots!!

have gotten numerous calls from this #, i never answer. when caller's name is listed as 'UNKNOWN NAME', if they can't tell me who they are, then i don't answer.

They called asked for me when I asked what it was about and that I was at work they instantly hung up on me.

My phone number was most recently registered in the National Do Not Call Registry on August 28, 2011. This number called me: 2/16/2012 // 11:48; 2/18/2012 // 13:31; 2/27/2012 // 15:41;

They have called several times - I have not answered as I do not answer calls from strangers. Line is busy when you call back. I called back several hours later and a message came on the phone that it was a phone at UCSD - but I didn't get anyone to answer it.

I get calls from this number all time but don't answer phone

I asked the caller to stop calling me because he had the wrong number. I told him that he called me by the wrong name and I do not have a mortgage, but he insists that I am the person that he wants to call and that I need his mortgage services. He does not believe that he has the wrong number and refuses to stop calling. My number is on the Do Not Call list, so I have filed a complaint. Please do the same if you are having this problem.

yes at least 4 times a week, and i let the machine answer and when I try to call the number always busy .... maybe we should all start calling him in the middle of the night and see if he likes it and then hang up on him

Male called yesterday and asked for Nicole. I told him he has a wrong number. He called again today, asked for Nicole. Ditto. He hung up.

They called & did not leave a v/m...possibly a telemarketer of some sort.

They called and did not leave a message. When you call the number back it says you have the wrong extension. Most likely some form of telemarkeing

Trying to solicit work at home opportunities. When I told them they had the wrong number, they wanted to talk to me.

Said an opening for a Visa / Mastercard Merchant Service Agent was available in my area. Hung on on me when I wouldn't tell her what I did for a living.

Very scary. The caller said he was with Visa/Mastercard and his company was provide work from home opportunity. I didn't listen to any more. I think it was a phishing call! Keep away from this caller!

Unsolicited call - made to company cell phone during business meeting - no message left. This number is now in my growing list in my phonebook marked "do not answer". What happened to the "do not call" list????
